LIMITED WARRANTY:

       AquaPro~Sensors Warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects in original material, including original parts, and workmanship under normal use and conditions (“manufacturing defect”) for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. Should service be necessary under this warranty, AquaPro~Sensors will undertake the following provided the manufacturing defect is verified along with the date of purchase:

· Repair service for one (1) year from date of original purchase at no charge for labor and parts or replacement of a defective unit for one (1) year from date of original purchase if unit cannot be repaired to original manufacturing standards.

       Physically damaged units are not acceptable for repair or exchange in or out of warranty and will be returned as received.

NOTE: This warranty does not cover:

(a) Damage to equipment not properly connected to the product.

(b) Damage or improper operation of unit caused by customer abuse, negligence, misuse, or failure to follow operating instructions provided with the product.

(c) Units that have been altered or modified without authorization from AquaPro~Sensors.

(d) Damage caused by Acts of God, such as lightning or fluctuations in electrical power

THE EXTENT OF AQUAPRO~SENSOR’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED

WARRANTY IS THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY AQUAPRO~SENSORS AND IN NO EVENT SHALL AQUAPRO~SENSOR’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT. UNDER NO

CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AQUAPRO~SENSORS BE  LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS,DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

 THIS PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE USED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WHERE THE SAFETY OR PROTECTION OF PEOPLE, VALUABLE PROPERTY OR ANIMALS IS INVOLVED. LIKE ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE THE AQUAPRO SENSOR IS SUBJECT TO FAILURE OR ERROR AND SHOULD BE USED FOR REFFERENCE ONLY AND NOT AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR COMMON SENSE. DATA SHOULD BE VERIFIED BY ALTERNATE MEANS BEFORE IT IS USED FOR ANY VITAL OR IMPORTANT PURPOSE. AQUAPRO SENSORS COMPANY AND IT’S EMPLOYEES ARE NOT EXPERTS IN TECHNICAL MATERS , SAFETY OR FARMING AND ANY STATEMENTS THEY MAKE OR INFORMATION THEY GIVE OUT ARE ONLY OPINIONS AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR MAKING IMPORTANT DECISIONS.

THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND DOES NOT EXTEND TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS OF THE PRODUCT. ANY APPLICABLE  IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A PERIOD OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY AS PROVIDED HEREIN BEGINNING WITH THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, SHALL APPLY TO THE PRODUCT THEREAFTER. AQUAPRO~SENSORS MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE FITNESS OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. However, you may have other rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitation on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damage, therefore these restrictions may not apply.
